AIM I aim to provide a high-quality professional coaching service, which services the needs and interests of my clients. I aim to build long-term relationships with you. These, in turn, will enable us to work together to enhance your working and business skills and personal needs. I aim to support you in achieving your goals, and to challenge any self-deception that hinders your progress towards your ultimate outcome, and the desires you want for your life. I will give you assistance, help, support, encouragement and guidance in fulfilling the outcomes or objectives agreed upon with me. GUARANTEES I will make every effort to supply the coaching hours, agreed upon, to you to a high standard. Should I make a mistake I will seek to remedy it to your satisfaction. I will share my knowledge, skills, experience and expertise where appropriate and necessary, but at all times it is your opinion and beliefs that we must work with, not mine. At no time will I force or expect you to take my opinion as fact, and will not deceive or mislead you. All decisions on the choices taken for your lifestyle will be solely yours. COURTESY In all dealings I will maintain a high level of courtesy to you, the client, and to your employees and customers if dealing with them. I will reply promptly to all enquiries and conduct myself with integrity, responsibility and accountability. INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE Within the limits of maintaining the confidentiality of other clients, I will provide all the information and assistance that I can, to fulfil any coaching commitments that I have to you, to a high standard. I will recommend the services of other institutions or professionals if appropriate to your outcome. These services are offered without liability, or obligation or redress to my company or myself. FAIRNESS I will seek to be fair in all aspects of my business relationship with my clients, and will always be prepared and on time for your appointment. I will totally commit my attention to your appointment and will be prepared to keep raising the bar for you, to keep challenging you. CONFIDENTIALITY I will at all times respect the confidentiality of my clients and will not divulge any information without the permission of my client. If I was required to by law I would first notify my client. TIME ALLOCATION I will allocate and be available for the session time as arranged by appointment booking. I will always answer the phone at agreed times and be prepared for your coaching call or email. If circumstances beyond my control cause alteration of time, I will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
